- App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Plantarium → Cancel, at least 24 hours before the trial or billing period ends.
- Google Play: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Plantarium → Cancel subscription.
- Website purchase: use the cancellation link in your confirmation/reminder email, the in-app "Restore access" flow, or email info@ouromedia.net with subject "CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION".
Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
